Returns and Refunds - Online Purchases Only

If what you have bought doesn't fit or doesn't appear to be quite right for whatever reason, you may return the goods (at your cost) to us for a full refund or exchange providing all of the labels are attached and shoes complete with box and packaging and in a "Brand New Condition" so that we can re-sell them. You have upto 30 days to return your products from the date they were ordered. This is in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.

You shall pay postage to return goods, please ensure adequate postage is made, and appropriate service used as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive.

Faulty Goods - Online Purchases Only

 

Items that have been worn and are deemed to have a manufacturing fault or defect can be returned at any time within a "reasonable period" for inspection and if deemed to have a fault will be replaced or refunded. 

Faulty electrical products -  If an item is deemed faulty within 7 days Running Form will inspect and deal with replacing or repairing the product.  Please note that most electrical items should be charged and updated online before use.

After 7 days has passed it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the service team of the electronic brand.  Running Form may also be able to assist with returns after 7 days.

For faulty goods, please contact us first at sales@running-form.co.uk as we may not necessarily require the goods back. 

 

Returns and Refunds - In-Store only

Running Form are happy to exchange non-faulty products when returned within 14 days or offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase*. All returns must be in original condition (unworn) with labels attached and must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.

If shoes purchased in-store are returned for refund, Video Gait Analysis charge will still apply and will not be refunded.

SALE items are non refundable but may be exchanged within 14 days.

*Electrical items such as watches are non-refundable.
