Dispatch and Delivery of Goods

• FREE Delivery on orders over £80 (UK mainland only, 3-5 day delivery)

• £4 Delivery orders under £80 (UK mainland only, 3-5 day delivery)

• Express delivery available

• Fast dispatch

 

We attempt to dispatch your goods as soon as possible, usually within 1 working day.  Running Form will select the appropriate method of postage and is not liable for any delays when goods are in transit.  You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to the goods being dispatched, but once dispatched, you will be required to arrange and pay for return postage. We usually expect UK standard deliveries to arrive between 3-5 days. 

If you selected Express delivery and order before 11.30am you will usually receive your goods the next working day by 7pm. However if you select next day delivery and order after 11.30am your goods will dispatched the next day and arrive with you the day after, eg. order by Tuesday 11.30am, you receive your goods by 7pm Wednesday. If you order at 1pm Tuesday your goods are dispatched on Wednesday and delivered to you on Thursday by 7pm. 

Any orders placed on Sunday or Monday will not be despatched until Tuesday, so will be delivered by Wednesday at the earliest.

Please notify us within 14 days of purchase if you have not received your order. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to claim for the missing goods and therefore unable to reimburse you for the order.
