Returns and Refunds - online purchases only

If what you have bought doesn't fit or doesn't appear to be quite right for whatever reason, you may return the goods (at your cost) to us for a full refund or exchange providing all of the labels are attached and shoes complete with box and packaging and in a "Brand New Condition" so that we can re-sell them. You have upto 40 days to return your products. 

Please include details of your name and order number with your products to ensure a swift process of the return.  Please also notify us if you wish to exchange the product for a different size/style or if you wish to have a full refund by your original payment method.
