The upper has been designed with comfort at its core. The breathable mesh allows heat and vapour to escape and keeps the fresh air flowing in for cool, comfortable feet. The closed structure of the mesh prevents dirt and debris from entering in through any perforations, meaning you can run distraction-free. A traditional lacing system locks down the midfoot for great control and confidence, whilst durable overlays add structure and enhance the durability of the shoe.
PWRRUN PB Midsole
A full-length core of ultralight PWRRUN PB ensures max energy return for an extra spring in every step. This gives you the power to go further and faster. With a wider base than its predecessor and an improved sidewall design, this shoe keeps you securely in place. Further enhancing the midsole, a resilient PWRRUN Support Frame provides added durability and support for the trail. This combination in the midsole allows you to experience stable cushioning throughout your trail runs, no matter how far they take you. With an increase in cushioning from the Xodus Ultra 2, the midsole also brings more comfort and protection for those longer runs.
PWRTRAC Outsole
Designed to keep you in control on all terrains, the Xodus Ultra 3 features an improved PWRTRAC outsole. Nimble 4mm lugs dig in and confidently grip the running surface, keeping your gait cycle as efficient as possible. Saucony's PWRTRAC rubber is extremely tough, providing exceptional traction and abrasion resistance and the immense durability of this design further extends the life of the shoe.
